The COVID-19 pandemic is affecting individuals and businesses alike. As a rural, family-owned and operated business, we consider ourselves fortunate to have not been directly affected by the virus—either through personal health or business operations. We are back to operating as normal, and are now accepting walk-ins again as well. As of August 12, 2020, we are still receiving and shipping orders with the consistent, friendly service you expect. If anything changes, we will update you immediately and post any relevant information on this page.
So far, we have not noticed any reduction in UPS service or shipping times. In most cases UPS has worked with local governments to obtain exemptions that allow them to continue carrying packages even in restricted areas.
If for whatever reason, you are no longer able to receive your order as expected, contact us and we will gladly work with you to cancel or postpone your shipment or order. Please always provide your order number when contacting us to expedite your request.
As a country, we must learn to live life one day at a time, and here at Ocooch Hardwoods, we are no exception.
